MYLANDS INTRODUCES STRIKING METALLIC PAINTS
Mylands, Britain’s oldest family-owned paint manufacturer and Royal Warrant holder, has long been associated with the entertainment industry, and its film, television and theatre (FTT) collection is a celebration of the brand’s long-standing work with the British film industry. With a special palette of twenty archive colours, the collection includes four metallic hues, which have been developed for the sector and skilfully reformulated for use in the home for the first time.
Mylands’ FTT metallic paint collection includes four shades that can be used to add a glamorous look to walls and accent features, while also bringing light and warmth into a space. Luminous touches of gold, silver, and copper metallic accents can be used in any interiors, from bedrooms to kitchens and dining rooms.
Using only the best quality raw materials and natural earth pigments to produce its diverse range of exquisite colours, Mylands products are perfect for transforming and creating spaces full of life, meaning and emotion. Working together with its customers in Film, TV & Theatre since the 1920's, Mylands has spent the past 100 years perfecting its original formulations and has worked tirelessly to create paint with superior performance and quality.
Easy to apply, offering great coverage, durability and with quick drying times, Mylands products are firm favourites with set decorators, and have been seen in the background of some the UK's best-loved films, including most recently the upcoming James Bond film No Time To Die (and every James Bond film since Dr.No), 1917, Star Wars, the complete Harry Potter series, as well as some of the UK's most loved TV productions such as Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, Peaky Blinders and Mr Selfridge.
