Acrylic Metallic Paint

Mylands has for many decades worked within the entertainment industry, and its Film, Television and Theatre (FTT) Collection, initially developed specifically for this sector, is now available for the home. Its range of metallic paints, FTT-001™, FTT-002™, FTT-003™ and FTT-004™, are the first four of twenty shades in the range.

Mylands’ metallic paints can be used to introduce a luxurious glamour to an interior. FTT-001™ is a warm metallic with a brilliant golden finish, while FTT-002™ is slightly lighter in tone but boasts the same rich quality as FTT-001™.

Both can be applied directly onto the wall or surface, and although they do not need a varnish to achieve a luminous gold finish, it can be added in high-traffic areas such as skirting boards to make the paint even more hardwearing.

A range of acrylic metallic paints based on an acrylic resin giving reasonable interior durability and excellent adhesion qualities. Suitable for use on wood, metal and interior walls. Dependent on application different scenic effects can be achieved from a translucent to opaque look. These paints give a good decorative finish, but will require an overcoat if handled on a regular basis or in high traffic areas. Overcoat with Mylands QD Kitchen & Bathroom Varnish (available in matt, satin or gloss finishes).
